Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please review all details, and if there are any errors, contact us at inquiry@uniminpet.com as soon as possible for corrections.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is confirmed, you can install the Shop App to track your packages in real-time. Alternatively, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping Confirmation: Orders are processed the next business day if placed after 6:00 PM PST and typically arrive within 8-11 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations within a specific window:

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please email us at inquiry@uniminpet.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.

Timeframe: Cancellations are only possible before the order is handed off to our logistics partner for fulfillment. Once the shipment process begins, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original payment method.
